Hi! It has been a long time since I changed the timetable. I had to re-sit and reset.
Some class has changed to something new.
1, Aerial yin class is set up hammock closer to the floor and focus on more stretch and relaxation. NO need to worry about experience and fitness level.
The room will be ambient so no doubt you will be relaxed!
2, NEW additional Pilates class! It's all about abs bum and thighs!
Simple movements and high reps. Honestly, it will work!
3, Aerial yoga introductory class is also has changed to FREE! Also, a $40/ 2weeks unlimited class access pass will be purchasable to whoever liked the Aerial yoga intro class.
Please make a booking as all classes are limited numbers to keep social distance.
I am looking to see the new people, so if you have been holding yourself back please please show up!
