My classes encourage you and your employees to maintain correct postures while working in front of computers and or irregular positions. Correct postures improve productivity, self-esteem, and reduce the effects of fatigue from sitting long for periods of time.
Correct postures comes from individual life style but can contribute in the workplace as well.
I can arrange a venue for the session or I can come to your place of work with mats.
